Vision for Christian Education
To encourage and inspire the leaders of Sunday School through creative support and empower them to realize their individual and collective goals.
Selected reading such as "Quest for Quality in the Church", "Boundaries for Youth", and any other material that might help us focus on our vision to be disciples and to give our best and to apply the knowledge of what is learned.
To help in creating loving worshipful environments where each child's God given talents are sought out, encouraged, used, and developed.
Through mini-meetings establish any needs and concerns of leaders, teach, and collectively learn and grow spiritually together as a team.
Vision for Youth
To create in the youth a passion to share Christ so that they can become disciples for Christ and pass it on. . .
Relevant points made through storytelling and real life situations so that the Scriptures come alive.
Scripture memorization with strong congregational support and encouragement. (adopt a youth)
Keep grateful diaries. ie. The purpose is to keep their eyes on GOD, which will provide topics for prayer so that we can establish the means for "HOW" to pray with the youth.
Integrated worship service with youth in music, sketches, special prayers and programs.
